What is this workshop experience about?

For some time, you have been asking yourself questions – questions that persist in these unsettling times and need time and space on the page to be explored and examined. You might be asking….

How can I write and express my truths in an impactful way when they challenge the status quo?

Can my creativity build up my courage?

Can my courage express itself creatively?

Can beauty and softness exist alongside power and strength?

This workshop invites you to explore for yourself the relationship between your creativity and courage.

What does your warrior spirit, your warrior heart look like? If you lean into your creative strength and expressive powers, how can beauty and softness still show up?

They say “truly strong people are kind.”

In this workshop, you get a chance to explore the surface of that courage and see what beauty lies at its soft centre.

We end with a raffle for all participants with the chance to win 1 of 3 designer Culture Toronto x Ghibli hoodies.

If this unique experience sounds like a fit for you, we welcome you to join us!

*Please note, all registrants who pay must participate in a mandatory 5-7minute phone call to ensure good fit for the program. Refunds will be issued if the workshop is not a good fit as determined by either registrant or facilitator.
