ABOUT ME

Just for context, I've had many mental health battles in my life, especially in my 20s. Dyslexia, depression and good ol' anxiety. They're friends (or demons) I gotta take with me everywhere I go and keep in check (sometimes a headlock). I also grew up on anime and cartoons, from First of the North Star to Jojo's bizarre adventures.

About 2 years ago (march 1st, 2024) music became very important in my life as I seriously began learning guitar.

This story is in its early stages but I have made a few minutes of animation, painstakingly combining my guitar and the visuals with effects I made myself in after effects - the guitar blast for example. I designed the characters but for the animation I did have help from Ai.

The idea actually started with a song I wrote about a year ago... Demon Killer / Sharifu's song..

I couldn’t even play guitar and sing at the same time back when I wrote this.. shout out to my friend

Daniel Hiatt who covered Sharifu’s Song and showed me how it COULD sound with more skills and in different genre’s. He has Johnny Cash vibes with metal flair!
